The ALD 2016 is the AVS Topical Conference on Atomic Layer Deposition and will take place in Dublin, Ireland this year. Venue will be the Convention Center Dublin (CCD). This three-day meeting dedicated to the science and technology of atomic layer controlled deposition of thin films will take place in July 22-24, 2016.  This year it will be the 16t^h anniversary of this famous event. It aims to make happen fruitful exchanges of ideas, know-how and practices between scientists regarding to the topic of ALD. 

SENTECH will introduce new developments in fields of Atomic Layer Deposition just like the ALD Real Time Monitor as well as a lot of interesting applications.
