Plasma Seminars 2019 in Shenzhen & Wuhan, China

Last week SENTECH together with China Sentech Sales Office have successfully conducted plasma seminars in Shenzhen and Wuhan. Shenzhen and Wuhan are important centers for the manufacturing of optoelectronic and sensor devices. The growing number of many start-up’s and the activities established companies and institutes make these locations particular interesting for SENTECH products.
Low damage and low temperature plasma technology, 3D conformal optical coatings by atomic layer deposition, automated processing and clustering of etch and deposition process modules for non-vacuum breaking requirements are the key features of SENTECH products. The seminar presentations focused on practical examples of the above features, such as gas sensors, VCSELs, and x-ray lenses.
