The four-day SEMICON Europa dedicated to the science and technology of atomic layer controlled deposition of thin films and topics related to atomic layer etching will take place Tuesday, November 13 - Friday, November 16, 2018, at Messe München Fairgrounds in Munich, Germany.

SENTECH products in focus will be the newly launched SILAYO, the innovative Plasma Enhanced Atomic Layer Deposition System for best film uniformity <1%. The new relaunched SIPAR system which combines SENTECH effective PEALD with PECVD will be the second highlight of our presence at SEMICON Europa.
