The ANFF Research Showcase is an anual event of the Australian National Fabriviation Facility (ANFF). ANFF is enabling researchers to close the gaps between technological challenges and research outcomes through access to state of the art equipment and fellow researchers across the organisation. The event will be held on Wednesday 16 and Thursday 17 November with a technology training day on Tuesday 15 November at the National Centre for Synchrotron Science (NCSS) building, Australian Synchrotron.

This promising event will be enriched by a presentaion of SENTECH by marketing manager Dr Bernd Gruska. At Wednesday, 16 November 2016 at 11.40 am he will give an interesting presentation on the topic "Preparation and analysis of 3D optical structures using SENTECH tools for IPC plasma etching and deposition, plasma enhanced ALD and spectroscopic ellipsometry ".
