Two international Conferences on ALD Applications first the 3^rd International Conference on ALD Applications and second the  2016 China ALD Conference will take place on October 16-19, 2016 in Sozhou, China. This famous Chinese event happens since 2010. It features plenary sessions, oral sessions, poster sessions and industrial exhibitions on current ALD topics.
